CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment time. If your appointment is canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time or if you no-show, a note for the occurrence will be added to your file. After one no-show or late cancellation you will be required to pay a deposit for future appointments of the full service amount. This deposit is non-refundable. After 2 occurrences you may be blocked from booking entirely.
